From the analysis of a site in Gulbai Tekra, it was seen that women’s leisure is always combined with work. Most of the time their leisure is incidental. The street which was analyzed was more of an extension of their private homes than a public realm which was a place of work for them. Through the analysis of the space, The idea of lack of leisure for lower-income group women is questioned and targeted. The designs aim to enable access to leisure for these women through interventions that give them legitimacy and to further increase their access to the city.
