The portfolio provides a comprehensive analysis of a one-square-kilometer Nava Vadaj area. A prominent residential neighborhood on Ahmedabad's western suburbs. All Ahmedabad transportation services, including as AMTS, BRTS, and MEGA, have an impact on Nava vadaj. The area's redevelopment has been hindered by the lack of vacant land and an older established neighborhood. Future interventions, including as the Sabarmati railway station, the Bullet train station, and the Smart city project, would put pressure on the region to evolve into a mixed-use residential and commercial hub.
