Mansi Circle was once a peri-urban region that was developed as a result of migration from Ahmedabad's east to west. However, due to increased urbanization, it has now evolved into a vital node connecting key areas of the city. All of Mansi's growth was a result of several factors in the neighborhood, such as the establishment of prominent institutes, the construction of the S.G Highway, and so on. As a result, this demonstrates how the development of the precinct is shaped by the neighbouring areas and its development. The study looks at how factors affect the precinct.
