Any infrastructural proposal is implemented to cater to a definite commuting issue and the region along the proposed highway does not flourish but remains to function according to the assigned building use. Due to which the area along the infrastructural development turns out to be a dead area and land optimization doesn't work in such a scenario. But in the case of Thaltej, SG HIGHWAY has emerged as an outpouring opportunity for the development along the edge. it has influenced the built form, shaped the public spaces and in turn, has also acted as a job fetcher for the surrounding.
