The following portfolio investigates the urban characteristics of Modipuram, Meerut in terms of landform and built development, as well as how connectivity aided in the growth of the region, which aids in understanding the current state of the precinct. The precinct has grown along the key Delhi-Meerut route throughout the years, and it has also supplied the necessary economic backing for growth. Despite the fact that Modipuram is heavily impacted by industry, residential and commercial settlements are forming and flourishing. The goal of this portfolio is to comprehend what existed before the formation of an industrial estate and how an industry-influenced region of Modipuram locality has evolved into a residential and commercial-dominated area on the outskirts of Meerut.
