The Portfolio summarises the detailed study of Indiranagar, Lucknow located in the trans gomti region. It attempts to explain the theory of Gentrification and focuses on the morphological development of a homogeneous neighborhood into a heterogeneous one that is transit-oriented through the lens of Accessibility via streets, commute via public transport, changes in land use and built form, and availability of Jobs in the neighborhood and city.
