Chennai being a colonial city has had various differences throughout the period in terms of infrastructure, connectivity, affordability, etc. But with time they have all transformed into what state they are right now. These changes can be because of a lot of external factors like mitigation, need, updating, etc. but one aspect they all have in common is the type of people that influence these changes. The impact of these changes and how the people have influenced these changes based on their needs is what is going to be addressed here.
