Shankar Nagar, a residential neighbourhood in Raipur city, is witnessing a change from residential to mixed-use development. The portfolio in an attempt tries to investigate the determinants and causes of the transition by analyzing the history and evolution, street network, public space, building use and infrastructure of the one square kilometre precinct.
