The portfolio contains a detailed study of the Vastrapur precinct, which is located on the western outskirts of Ahmedabad. Vastrapur is the most prime spot in terms of residential, commercial, amenity, and recreational activities all at one place. The key observation on the evolution of the precinct's land use-built form through government investments and various policies that impact the area's spatial transformation. It can be seen that the redevelopment of the lake in the previous year has an impact on greater commercialization and mixed-use development in the area.
