CEPT University - Facility Management Plan

The purpose of the study is to identify challenges faced by an Institution as it progresses through the occupancy stage. Further analyzing optimal solutions with minimum intervention and maximum utility and environmental benefits. Our vision is to provide a safe, clean and maintained physical environment for the CEPT University community that fulfils the needs of the occupants, and maximizes their productivity, while making the most efficient use of resources to ensure sustainability.
