City Civic Centers acts as touch point between the citizens and the Corporation to access the civic services provided by AMC. Re-engineering the process would help to improvise the quality of service delivery. Through the proposals, citizen focus and experience can be improved, process complexity can be minimised, cost and service delivery time can be optimised leading to increased transparency levels and reduced administrative burden.
