Contracts

The contract proposal would be that Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation will be in Consortium with Banking service, HR service and the technical service where the Banking service would be the lead bidder or managing the service provider. The HR and Technical service providers would be subcontractors of Banking services. The service concept is an important way of  capturing the nature of a service so that customers know what they are getting, and organizations understand what they are providing. The service concept consists of the holistic combination (i.e., all element should be considered equally) of four dimensions.
