Studio Aims To Study Analyze Evaluate different models of micro­level planning across the world with an Objective To Prepare best possible plans for Greenfield Areas, Developed areas, Heritage Areas, Smart City Areas etc. to achieve highest quality of urban environment considering livability, sustainability, affordability and user experience.
The Objective of Preparing an LAP for Nava Vadaj Area Is To Rejuvenate & Integrate With It’s Historical Character and Regional & City Level Mobility Through A Well-connected High-Intensity Neighborhood With Diverse & Vibrant Environment Responding To The Future Development Potentials Along The TOZ & HSR To Ensure Its National Viability.
