HAUZ KHAS LAP - Restoring the assets of the city

Delhi LAP proposal sets out to make optimum utilization of valuable serviced urban land at Hauz Khas along with integrating contextual assets of heritage and ecology. The transformation of a dormant residential area into Transit Oriented Development is achieved through Intensified Zoning and Liberal development control regulations, and enhancing and interconnecting heritage and green assets.
