Leveraging the heritage with TOD: Hauz Khas, Delhi

Delhi, being the capital and one of the oldest city of India, has developed with a low lying skyline. This is majorly because of the policies which are still in play which were implemented in the late 20th century. One such area affected due to these policies is Hauz Khas, which has the potential to develop in a modern day architecture and high intensity zones, but is limited due to the current rules and regulations. We have formulated new DCRs in order to achieve the maximum potential of the area with least cost incurring to the authority.
