Mumbai's Worli- Lower Parel: A Paradigm to TOD

The portfolio entrails the curated work of the author. done as a part of third semester UERP studio. The portfolio incorporates the understanding area development plan of Seoul.  The studio aimed at iterative process of LAP making and the portfolio consists of key takeaways from existing situation analysis., vision for the LAP and the transit oriented approach for the proposal of zoning, road network and DCR. The whole process of proposal was done keeping in mind to make Mumbai's Worli-Lower Parel as the paradigm to Transit Oriented Development.
