Station Area Towards Compact Walkable Neighbourhood

The studio focused on micro level planning through town planning scheme for greenfield development, and local area plan for brown field development. The studio was carried out in four iteration where first focused on statutory framework and existing situation analysis. Following by concept and vision in iteration 2 . Proposal like road network, zoning and regulations and other were detailed out to achieve the vision in Iteration 3. Costing, valuation, implementation framework and putting all in concise format were worked in iteration 4.
