Transforming Surat Railway Station Area Into TOD

Surat Railway Station Area is the core of Surat. The area is highly dense dominated by row houses, commercial buildings and diamond industries. This LAP makes proposals to transform the Surat railway station area into a TOD. Proposals of DCR, walkable blocks, public open spaces would densify the area yet enhance livability in the region.  Apart from this, the studio provides in-depth knowledge of various local area planning mechanisms.
