Development of a city/regional level magnets in Rajkot

The studio aims at the proposal of a town planning scheme in the north east side of the Rajkot city. It introduces to the micro level planning mechanism that follows the macro level plans of the cities. The studio follows an iterative process covering various aspects such as existing situation analysis, site study, stakeholder consultation, market study, development of a zonal proposal, identification of TP schemes, selection and proposal of a TP scheme. The proposal aims to develop a city level magnet thereby enable the market demand in the north east side of Rajkot city
