The site is located in the south-eastern part of the Surat which is an interesting amalgamation of all the ongoing projects and newer proposals of the city. Some of the major features and proposals at the site were two National Highways (NH 6 | NH 8) along with the BRTS route connecting Surat to Bardoli. Streams and Canals in the north whereas the Railway line in the south and a dominating Industrial area. The major proposals were a 90m ring road accompanied with ongoing TP Schemes, High-Speed Rail Station right in the center of the site accompanied with HSR depot in the south. The proposed TP Scheme will revolve around these major aspects of the site.
