Urban Expansion through TP Scheme in Eastern Rajkot

The Urban Expansion and Regeneration Studio followed an iterative process for formulating a TPS for Eastern side of Rajkot. The selected zone is envisioned to be developed as an recreational hub for the city along with tapping the industrial potential of the area by proposal of a training hub. This is in line with the strategic location and connectivity of the zone with the industrial growth centers in proximity. This proposal shall boost the demand of the already existing Industrial base.
