Housing Redevelopment: Accommodation of multiple users

The project takes an existing housing complex earmarked for redevelopment as it reaches the end of the 30 years stipulated by the government. The low rise apartments on site are to be replaced with housing with an FSI of 4 which seeks to meet current housing demands. As part of the redevelopment, one accommodates communities that have been traditionally left out of the housing market such as single users as well as changing user needs, while incorporating concerns of the developer and the existing people on site.
