The future is imagined to have a circular way of living. There is a focus on reducing, reusing, recycling, and upcycling all the resources available. Waste for one might be useful for someone else. The idea of a zero-waste society is also reflected in the materials used for the construction of the building. Recycled bricks and concrete is used for construction. Different building elements salvaged from Shah-e-Alam in Ahmedabad and from Alang influence the building language. Reduction and sharing are also reflected in the organization. The living units are clubbed together in clusters, with each cluster having its common bathing and toilets on each floor.
