The master plan's primary aim is to create a University Town that not only meets the demands of the university and its users but also has a concept of giving back to the surrounding villages so that they can develop as well. The institution begins to expand from its core toward these villages, erasing the old boundaries.
A sports town fulfills the state's demand for sports development. Providing a water-based green sports complex while entering the space will change the notion of the town. Building a relationship with Nalanda university with the Stadium promotes Sports institutions and other sports-based infrastructure.
