The aim of the project is to create a space within big market space where there products are sold in quantities rather judging over qualities. But the created space would have more interaction with the seller and the individual about nutritious values. Also a new program is introduced called 'Demo Kitchen'. It is a platform for every individual from seller to buyer to learn more knowledge about food, new cooking styles. It also a platform for promotion of traditional foods of a area.
