With rise in COVID-19 and other diseases there is an urgent need to upgrade the health care system of India.
Along with decrease in global economy several loopholes were identified in healthcare services from appointment booking, to patient treatment and management at administration level.
The pandemic has led a digital shift in healthcare system.
The model aims on upgrading health-tech management in the JVPD scheme.
Programme looks at integration of government, academia and industry as primary stake holders for proposing innovations in health tech management.
Where few government organizations like cooper hospital and government body can take part, few industries working towards innovation in health tech like cisco and smaller start-ups like practo, medfin can collaborate and academic institutions can participate to bring in the innovation.
Primary driving factor for the design has been the ‘W’ form where the built form is placed in the first parcel of land such that there is close proximity to the node and cooper hospital in the vicinity.
Rather than spreading on site vertical stacking of floor plates was done for volumetric exploration and connection of tubes.
