Water has many intangible meanings for humans ranging from birth in amniotic fluid to death in the mythical river of Ganges. Damodar Kund on the foothills of Girnar has the same mythological value as that of the Holy Ganges. The project tries to enhance these very rituals around death by drawing parallels from the journey of a river. The project has five Kunds which signify particular movements of the soul. The only way to access the temple on the other edge is by passing through the library which goes to highlight importance of enlightenment or nirvana through knowledge.
