The aim of the project is to create spaces which emphasizes the emptiness and silence at the site, giving one a chance to contemplate peacefully. These cubby hole like spaces  are submerged into Mandu’s wide landscape in accordance with its natural curves. one can have multisensorial experiences in these spaces which brings our focus on the sky. It is present everywhere yet it is always in the background. Hence, Inside these spaces one can subconsciously appreciate the presence of sky.

These exercises helped in understanding the basic elements that guide our emotions in our daily life and that it was the additional elements in the space and not the architectural elements that were evoking the experience.
These exercises helped in developing a fresh perspective to view our surroundings with an eye of sensorial experiences.
These exercises helped in exploring materials, light and shadow and other architectural components that enhance our physical experiences and evokes our senses.
These exercises helped in quickly translating the emotions of the design into sketches. turning these sketches into concept models in order to understand its application. Consequently, a library is built that may be used in the actual design phase.
