The firm focuses on understanding the undefined by-laws of market dynamics in order to comprehend the parameters affecting Real Estate and their consequences for design. This is accomplished through four design exercises throughout the semester. Each exercise focuses on a different area of design, such as increasing efficiency, experimenting with various sorts of units, and responding to the greater context in terms of program and form. The first two tasks focused on comprehending the GDCR and developing housing units with optimal efficiency, while the subsequent exercises examined various topics while keeping the rules and regulations in mind.
