The studio involves understanding practical, real-world market forces and their implication on design. This is a compilation of the 4 projects (Design Quest 1, 2, 3 and Final Project) that I worked upon in the studio, exploring mixed use, luxurious and affordable residential apartments as per different user groups. The first two design quests involved figuring out the applicable byelaws and fulfilling the requirements. Design quest 3 involved creating 'community pockets' throughout the built. Whereas the final design involved integrating landscape with the buildings and modulating the ground.
