The studio focuses on the housing norms and regulations of NBC and GDCR. In the current scenario, all the housing is driven by market forces and real estate developers, where it becomes essential to fulfil the needs of people and the market. All the design quest focuses on different challenges, yet designed without compromising on Norms. Hence, the terminating design evolves creating a connected building, allowing people to traverse from one building to another.
