Naveen Aalay - Millennials ni Pol

Naveen Aalay translates to a new/young (way of) dwelling (for millennials). The project proposes dwellings for millennials inclined on buying their first home on tight budget, with an intend on not shifting too far away beyond SP Ring road.
As observed in the old-city; Aalay, the place of dwelling occurs at both individual (living quarter, ordo) and community scale (public square, chowk). In the of articulation of dwelling network; privacy, adjacency and affordability, the project brings Naveenta, a young newness by studying the millennial lifestyle, differences in-between and shifts from the norms.
