The SOM studio was focused on understanding, analyzing and suggesting improvements in service quality and increasing demand of existing Ahmadabad's PBS system. We have proposed an integrated model which involves multiple stakeholders and outsourced agencies to implement the PBS system in Ahmedabad. SCADL will be implementing and responsible for operationalizing the Public Bike Sharing System in Ahmedabad. The Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of SCADL will lead the organizational structure.
