The project keeps in mind the climatic factors of Kochi and requires an artist's residence, studio space, exhibition space and homestays. 
By studying the vernacular architecture and also the strategies, then it can be put to use for responsiveness of the building for a healthy and comfortable living space. The program has been designed to keep in mind natural ventilation and sea view in mind, the contour slope has been taken advantage in this manner to provide the former benefits to each block. Each block is spread out and is connected by a spine of circulation which is a wall.
