The construction project formulation and appraisal studio deal with understanding the multi-dimensions of the project formulation. In this Studio, we have conducted a feasibility study on the multispecialty hospital in Gandhinagar. Before undertaking a project, it is necessary to understand the basic outline of the project and its goals. It includes Target Value Design, Choosing By Advantage, Risk Management, and Design Brief. These kinds of exercises are essential to carry out for the project in the inception stage only. It depicts the actual scenario of the project, which helps in understanding its viability.
