Sokoni: From Plough to plate

Sokoni is an organic fruit and vegetable market combined with an exhibition space which displays new varieties of vegetables and hosts cooking related workshops. The premises also sports an open air cafeteria with the view of riverfront. The premises use play of levels and partitions to create visual connections that guide the buyer. The extended plinths serve as spaces for activities to spill out. These then lead to an inner courtyard at the Center and a more public one at the periphery.
