Sangam- Embraced the Unembraced

The project aims to provide an informal gathering space within the Anganwadi building. It provides for a space that allows teenage girls to express themselves creatively while being surrounded by the people of the Virpura village, thereby building trust among them. It seeks to look at small elements that very naturally lead to the usage of the space by involving existing activities and interlinking them through understanding life in Virpura. This was possible by providing different kinds of spaces through different plinths, alternate shaded and open spaces as well a more enclosed Anganwadi space. The program also includes an audio-visual room for digital learning.
