The primary resource that can be tapped into is the power of the village’s youth. Virpura’s youth are interested in various activities and sports they can teach the Anganwadi children. This will give the children exposure and variety while giving the youth a chance to explore their interests. These activities include reading, art and craft, sports, dance and music. To tap into the youth’s potential, it is essential to provide them with opportunities to explore things that interest them, while creating an incentive for participation. The incentives are income generation, learning new things, a platform to boost their confidence, etc.
