Designated user group are : 1 cons table 2 Head cons table 3 police inspector The proposal will only focus on 1300 grade to 5400 grade officers Unit design 1 bhk high-rise apartment (34 - 45 sq mtr ) 2 bhk mid rise apartment (55 sq mtr) 3 bhk Bunglows or low rise apartment (83 sq mtr) The idea is to generate energy efficient design. The key features of the design would be flexible interior spaces and to provide privacy at the dwelling level and to promote interaction at the community level. And arrange cluster at site level
