Water and Sewerage network for Zone 3, Junagadh

In this studio, we took up the challenge of designing the water supply and sewerage network for the town of Junagadh. The methodology we adopted was to identify the city's present and future service delivery gaps. We then studied the design principles of the different components of a system; learned to design these components and combine our understanding for an overall system design. For systematic learning two approaches for design were followed - designing the system through basic excel sheets first and learning software for designing a more complicated system. At the end of the studio, we estimated the demand, perform a service delivery gap analysis, and designed the water supply and sewerage network
