Form and Force Polyhedra in Spiderwebs

This studio involved learning parametric design through grasshopper. Everything in this domain functions on pure logic and numbers. It involved exploring generative design (working with ranges) as well as the vast world of grasshopper plugins available. Parametric design concepts and scripts were thoroughly understood, after which we decoded a concept in nature, extracted its logic and replicated it by created a Grasshopper script. The designs were evaluated through a number of analysis tools, after which our creations were detailed out and brought to reality - using construction and fabrication techniques and varied materials.
