Swarm behaviour in birds refers to the collective movement of a flock based on the rules of cohesion, alignment and separation followed by each individual in the flock. The concept of self-organisation in flocking birds is used to do the spatial planning of the space based on the position of a bird in a flock at a certain timestamp, which is visualised in the space using voronoi. The spaces created were analysed based on the area and the number of people that can occupy it, based on the function of the chosen area, in my case, the discussion and lounge area. Nesled is the spatial element designed as the seating element for lounge area based on the spatial planning, to an experiential space along the circulation path through the discussion area. The construction method involves concrete 3d printing but was not available for prototyping, so clay 3d printing was explored.
