Introduction to Bridges

In this studio, We examined several kinds of bridges and the components that make them up. We tried to comprehend how bridges are built. Starting by designing a suspension bridge by studying different suspension bridges from reference books as well as websites and creating an architectural design for a bridge using the information from the case study. After this,  I analyzed a Voided slab superstructure by using the method of grillage analysis. Now, we were given a junction for which a bridge has to be proposed to reduce the traffic at grade.
