The Old City of Ahmedabad is very sustainable when it comes to mixed use activities or pleasant micro-climate to keep the neighbourhood cool in the scorching heat of Ahmedabad. However it is not the best example of conserving energy, and ends up emitting high levels of Carbon. Through this project, it is aimed to utilize the abundant heat available on site and conserve energy of buildings using Solar power.

Identifying the problems and opportunities on site.
