Land Pooling Scheme for the Capital City of INDIA

The land pooling scheme of Delhi tries to go around with a different approach but due to the loopholes and differences between land owners and DDA there are various problems for which they need to change the policy and make it viable for the land owners which will bring in the land owners to be ready to accumulate according to this new policy which DDA is trying to reimage Delhi through this policy and deliver it deliver an equitable & financially sensitivity on the end user (Landowner).
