Reimagining Land Pooling Policy Delhi

Delhi, is one of the largest urban agglomerations in the country. The Master Plan for Delhi 2021 opened up 54% of the city at once for urbanization under land pooling Policy in 2013. However, it has not been implemented yet. Hence, the vision is to critically analyse and strategically “Reimagine the Land Pooling Policy, Delhi”. Restoring this effort that introduced micro-level planning in the Delhi is the focus of the study, with the help of interventions that multiple level of planning like, zonal planning, Development controls and valuation.
