The studio work is an effort to prepare a Town Planning Scheme for the upcoming DREAM City in Surat. Starting with boundary delineation to finding out sources of funding to initiate the implementation of the scheme, all the aspects in the preparation of TP Scheme is covered. Strengths, issues and opportunities of this particular area has been done. The road network has been laid after studying the drainage of this area in detail. SWAT analysis has been performed to justify high percentage of green spaces in zoning. Finally, The vision of enhancing economy along with preserving ecology has been fulfilled.
