The portfolio comprises of the studio learnings of the monsoon semester to make a town planning scheme for the HSRC area in Bharuch. The studio process dealt with a comprehensive understanding of town planning scheme, from understanding the region, alterations in the development plan, proposals, land reconstitution, Estimation, costing, valuation and finally funding mechanism. It gave us exposure from a macro level to micro level planning.
