Activating the potential of Koba Circle through TPS

The Koba Circle area is very important as it connects the administrative capital (Gandhinagar) & financial capital (Ahmedabad) to each other. Thus there has always been pressure on this area to develop accordingly. Even though the proposed Metro connectivity, the presence of TPS in the adjacent areas, and the presence of GIFT City have brought in development but still have been underutilized in terms of development. Thus through this studio  we will focus on preparing micro-level plans through the mechanism of Town Planning Schemes by incorporating multi-disciplinary aspects of Transit-oriented in order to achieve a sustainable Urban Development of Koba, Gandhinagar.
