The studio aims to increase student's exposure to the dynamic housing and real estate markets. The location was picked from among 99 greenfield/brownfield options using the Delphi approach for land potential analysis. This 11-hectare site is located between the Gandhi and Dadhichi Bridges on Riverfront Road in East Ahmedabad. Because of its CBD position, view, and easy access to all essential services and social amenities, the property has a lot of potential for luxury residential, commercial retail and non-retail, hotel, and other uses.
